Say what? A Sprint 0. It gives your project wings from the very start. During a Sprint 0 (or Phase 0), we assess how your organisation is currently operating, where you want to go and what you ultimately want to achieve. Based on these factors, we create a transformation plan with a vision for your project, lead time and scope for a Prototype or MVP.
The lead time depends on the scope, but usually we can work this out within 1 or 2 weeks. We do this by holding a number of workshops with you, where we translate your wishes into a solid plan, give you a direction and also know how to identify potential risks of the project.
