Say what? A sprint 0. It gives your project wings from the start. During a sprint 0 (or phase 0), we take stock of how your organization is working now, what direction you want to go and what you ultimately want to achieve. Based on these factors, we create a transformation plan with a vision for your project, lead time and scope for a Prototype or MVP.
The lead time depends on the scope, but usually we can work this out within 1 or 2 weeks. We do this by holding a number of workshops with you. Here we work out your wishes into a plan, give you a direction and also know how to name the risks of the project.
