Another package is Art Moon, a system with which much is possible but takes more development time. Important to know: Art Moon is a CMS that works great within the PHP framework Symfony.
We use Symfony to develop a lot of Web applications. Symfony is one of the largest and most well-known frameworks within the PHP programming language. Using Artificial Moon within this framework ensures that we have complete freedom. We can therefore create a fully customized design and also develop all the functionality and links to other systems that are desirable. In addition, Kunstmaan is maintenance friendly, there is no need to install an update every week.
The fact that Kunstmaan often comes with a custom solution means that realizing an application with this CMS will take more time and cost. All components will be configured and developed exactly to order as will any links with other systems.
Both systems are very good. The differences are in details. Depending on your short-term and long-term website requirements, budget and turnaround time, an informed choice can be made.
